Terrible services I didn’t even get to stay no hot water to shower, 2 large bags & to cans filled with trash including behind the trash cans were even more trash inside the cabinets under the sink. I have pictures if needed. They canceled stay but I haven’t received No REFUNDS YET!!!!!

This has been the worst hotel experience to date. Pet friendly but no attention to cleanliness. Pet hair on the linen in our room and a hair covered rug in the elevator. The smell throughout the hotel was unsatisfactory. Staff was unprofessional and literally told us that they would have to kick us out on Christmas because they would be closed. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel again, just a bad experience overall.

Booked a 7 night stay, The room has infested with roaches, called front desk the staff said they would send someone up, but never did, asked for another room, they wouldn't change me. So Went out and brougt some bug spray but it never stopped more from coming. Got so tired of the pest couldn't even stay all 7 nights ended up leaving 3 days earlier then check out date. They will not refund for those days.

When we arrived, there was no staff ON SITE to check us in. Other guests had been waiting for about 15 minutes prior to our arrival. The maintenance “checked us in” once we got to the room, began to see roaches. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no one there. So We went out and bought bug spray. Sprayed, thinking that might do the trick . We went about our day, came back in with food and the bugs began to resurface and show themselves . We again attempted to contact the front desk with no luck. We decided to leave . There was no one there to check us out. We booked the room for 3 nights and left after one night. This was the worst experience of my life and I still have been unsuccessful in speaking to someone from the hotel about my experience or getting a refund . BEWARE.

We arrived to the hotel and the front desk was closed! There was no one there and the window was shut. I called the number that was posted for help and there was no answer. It was absolutely awful and we were not the only ones that were there trying to check in. NEVER again will I attempt to stay here. The lobby was filthy and totally run down.

I waited over 10 minutes for the receptionist to respond and check me in. I had an issue with the wifi and had to return to the front desk... to wait AGAIN, another 10 minutes before i was helped. Receptionist was in the back room within the front desk phone accessible.
