This place was noisy. They took that too many people in the Jacuzzi in the pool. I wasn’t able to use it. There was drinking in a pool eating in a pool all things that are unacceptable very disappointed.

Basic, very clean, and great service

property is about the condition you would expect for the price. Basic and a little run down with some things that need repair. However, the service was exceptional and the place was very clean, which is what I really care about. There's many food and drink options within walking distance so I'll certainly stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights as I was having surgery early the next day. I booked a handicapped room, when we checked in online I also specified that I needed a handicapped room. When we arrived the lady at the desk asked if I actually needed a handicapped room (I was on crutches and having ankle fusion surgery the next day, which of course she didn't know but she could see the crutches). When I said I did, I was informed that there were none available, as the cleaners hadn't turned up that day. So we took the room that was available. When we got to the room the heating didn't work - this was during a cold spell where there was a frost warning - and the hot water for the shower was tepid at best, Strangely the water in the sink was plumbed wrong, so when it was turned to cold it came out hot. At this point I was too stressed about the upcoming surgery to do anything but crash out. The next day (while I was having surgery) they did call, and when my daughter went to the front desk to enquire why our room keys didn't work, they asked if we want to move to a handicapped room but I just wanted to sleep of my anesthesia. I've stayed at multiple La Quinta Inns and this is by far the worst. I do appreciate we could have changed rooms and also complained about the lack of heating and hot water but I also expect that when you stay in a hotel room the heating and hot water should be working. I don't think that is too much to expect.
