They charge each night for parking, the elevator sounded squeaky by our room. The hot tub did not work. The 1st 3 floors smelled like as my husband said "egg farts". The beds were comfortable.

Hotel was a good pick. Wonderful staff. Only downfall is there were some plumbing issues that caused a terrible smell on the first floor. And the hot tub was out of service.

Quiet disappointment with Doubletree. The night we stayed, there was a sewerage leak in two rooms on the 1st floor and the smell carried to the lobby, elevator and the 2nd floor where we stayed. The parking lot lights were too bright and came into the room. The drapes were not helpful. Not expecting this from Doubletree.

Quick and friendly service

This hotel is clean. Has a beautiful lobby with great complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies. Needed to switch my room due to a noise I heard near the elevators and a new key to a different room was brought up to me quickly. Great service.

For the price, I expected a free breakfast. The elevators are located a lo-o-o-g way from the main lobby. You have to go dow several hallways to reach them from the front. The TV in my room was not connected to the TV remote. After fiddling with the remote for about 29 minutes, I finally figured out the setting needing readjusting.

Needs work

Check in staff was very friendly, but that’s where the good experience stopped. Checked into a dirty room, moved across the hall to a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Maintenance fixed it but then woke up to ants crawling all over me and all along the window. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here until there’s been a revamp
