I have stayed here before and it was great. This time the valet was too busy talking to help load the items onto the cart. No one offered to take the bags to the room. Breakfast is good but only 2 options for sweeteners. I asked the manager and was told it was ultimately their decision to stock only two. I informed her that I wouldn’t be eating at the restaurant until more healthy options like Truvia were provided. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice as always.

Absolutely amazing. This was a gift to my son & new daughter-in-law for their wedding night. They reported feeling like royalty.
