This place needs to be shut down and thoroughly cleaned and maintenance needs to be done. The shower door was not the easiest to open and close, water was everywhere, the place was mouldy and absolutely filthy. The door to the ensuite is a death trap too. The dust throughout the place was everywhere. The beds were hard and lumpy. We ate there once the food was okay. But after seeing the state of the rooms we ate elsewhere. The place stunk and there was oil burners everywhere to obviously hide the smell. I recommend giving this place a wide birth and the price was an absurd amount of money for what you’re offering. They clearly don’t care about the business. As it’s a perfect spot for a premium price. But the best thing about our stay was leaving. I have never left a bad review but this place deserves it.

Very good location and beautiful vue to the lack. Breakfast is very, very basic . Big downside, time for breakfast (from 8 to 9) which is quite inconvenient if you are relaxing on holidays, and specially when there are no other places close by. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The price does not aling with the hotrl. Overall, Dirty, run-down, smells like mould, the incense burning in the common area helps reduce the smell but made our clothing smell like incense. It was priced as a 5 star hotel, but its a one star. The staff are friendly.

The room was extremely cramped and very poorly maintained, including but not limited to a bad leak through the ceiling from the shower in the room above into our shower stall. Although the staff were pleasant and the location was convenient I would not recommend it and would never return to stay.

Considering the price of the room, this place was a huge let down. Rooms were outdated with hairs in the bed and an old shampoo bottle left in the shower from a previous guest. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was fine but not overly helpful. Location is the only saving grace. Horrible value for what you pay.

The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the window. No showered curtain & no hand soap in bathroom. Decided to have a meal in restaurant, very poor evening meal, , the lasagne was still cold possibly frozen. The hotel & meal extremely overpriced. Will not stay again.

We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We had evening dinner which was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean but just needs a good update, which is a shame as the hotel was a great stop off for us. The bathroom door was very small to get through and the bed was a small double. All in all a good stay.
