The only reason I gave one star is because zero was not an option. Let’s begin with the worst issue. We woke up after using the shower to both the shower and toilet filled with human waste as raw sewage had backed up from both drains overnight. They finally sent someone to fix it, but when I reached out regarding a refund because the unit that I rented was filled with other people’s waste, they told us that we were not eligible for a refund because we flushed toilet paper and flushing toilet paper is against their rental policy. They refused to let me speak to the manager because she does not have a phone. When you book, you are required to submit photos of your identification and your credit card separate from what you provide to VRBO. On a very unofficial electronic form. When I requested an explanation for why this was they could not provide one. Nor would they allow me to cancel my reservation. Then, I had to contact them four times to get check-in information. They never provided the address and the address that is on the listing is not the address of the actual unit. When we arrived at 11 o’clock at night with zero instructions, it was very difficult to figure out where we were supposed to go.This property advertises as a quiet area after 10:30 and there was an extremely loud party happening somewhere on the property until at least 2 AM.VRBO is also not helping me resolve the issue. Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT this property. I promise you will regret it.

Nice place

The place was nice and clean. Mattresses were flimsy but the wrong address was on our VRBO and checking in at midnight was a nightmare.Other than that we were very happy.
