Unless otherwise stated on the Platform, Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund, less the processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund, less the processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will receive no refund and will be charged the full amount of the stay (including fees and taxes).
