I liked the location and area. I did not like the mattress. It was old, lumpy and nasty. The comforter had what appeared to be and smell like black mold. I am highly allergic and when the bed was stripped to switch out the linens it was beyond unacceptable. the mattress and mattress protector were both nauseating/disgusting. There were also German cockroaches in the room at night when the lights were turned off and the tv was on.

Given the area, we expected this property to be better. The rooms and common areas are in desperate need of a renovation. The smell of mold and unclean air is very prevalent. It's not good.
