The rooms need to be updated specially the carpeting. The breakfast buffet was a continental one which should have been free not $18! The airport shuttle was a joke because it was 11 pm he was not taking any more passagengers but because we were there already driver gave us a lift with my husband standing awkwardly and my 10 year old on my lap. Driver acted like he was doing us a favor! Not very professional. This hotel is part of Marriott not a Marriott at all.

I didn’t make use of the bar or restaurant. There were stores and restaurants in the general area that I patronized instead. I found the service at the hotel to be outstanding. If you come in a little earlier than expected (before check in time) they might let you into your room before the official time. I thought the entire staff was gracious and attentive, but I would like to give special thanks to Keisha, who made sure that I was on the bus on time to get from the hotel to the pier. Not every hotel gives you that level of service.

We stayed there before a cruise, and it started a little shaky; the safe did not work, the toilet was difficult to flush, and the iron was leaking. All of these problems were resolved by the next day. When our cruise ended, we found out our return flight was delayed until the end of the day. We came back to the Sheraton, and Nate was so accommodating, locking up our luggage and even giving us a card key to use the bathroom. We spent the day there just hanging out and killing time. Sheraton is lucky to have a valued employee in Nate.
