Beautiful studio bedroom with his own entrance include TV a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee Maker With a private Bathroom Beautiful Share back yard to relax with a nice chill Gazebo, BBQ and amazing fire pit.
24 hours recording surveillance camera for safety . Covering the drive way and covering the backyard.

I’m the owner and I live in the main house. It’s a separate structure from the Cozy House that I rent.
No more than 2 guest are allowed.

The cozy house was as advertised. The outdoor space is wonderful, the house itself is a converted garden shed, it is very very small but included everything we needed. The shower was great, the bed was comfy and the refrigerator worked well. The ac unit was a bit loud but worked well. Not luxurious but functional

Wonderfully situated, 7-8min walk to everything you need on Wilton Drive: restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and coffee. Host was incredibly accommodating and available as needed. Easy check-in/check out process. On a quiet street. Perfectly cozy and a great place to rest. Highly recommend.
