We had a 50.00 per day security fee charged to our credit card which was never printed on our receipt because they claimed it was just on hold and would be released within a couple days it is a charge on my credit card and when I called them back they said there was nothing on my receipt . this is fraud I will never go there again I was also charged for parking and I had no car this they refunded me after I argued . I do t need the hassles there are plenty of other places to go !

Plase is great friendly people good atmosphere also nice pool Area. Only problem is the $50,00 refundable charge the they say you will get back in 3-5 days after stay. Never received ours even after multiple calls to them lost $50.00

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and cool. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for access to restaurants and grocery stores. The rooftop pool was very nice.

The girl who checked us in was very nice. She explained that the room we had been assigned was destroyed by the previous tenants the night before, so they were upgrading us to a king suite. While I felt bad that people would destroy a room like that, I thought that the upgrade was very kind of them. The room was very clean and was comfortable. It was NYE and we came back from our show around 1:00 and could hear loud music playing. When the air shut off, you could really hear the bass and even the singing. Our friends that we went to the concert with were a floor above us and said it was coming from the rooftop. I understand that this may be a one-time NYE thing, but it was loud enough that it made it difficult to sleep. I thought it was coming from next door or above or below us it was so loud. We were on the 4th floor. The area it was coming from was the 9th floor. I think with all the buildings around, the sound just bounces off of them. With that said, the hotel was clean and nice. They do charge $37 to park there, which is all valet, so note that. The bar and restaurant is operated independently, so you cannot charge food and beverages to the room and it is CC only. That’s all I can think of. The proximity of the hotel to The Parker and the War Memorial Auditorium is so close, I would definitely stay there again, and I have a feeling the rooftop noise was a one-off for NYE.
