The property is a bit dated (older AC units in the room, older elevators, older showers) however the receptionists were efficient, proactive and courteous. The proximity to the beach and the price you pay is a great deal!

This hotel was too dirty and smelly. My kids couldn’t even bare to enter the room. We left immediately and found a new hotel 15 min away.

There is a "gym", but it's just a couple of machines stuffed into a closet. The hot breakfast wasn't a winner. But, the room was clean and well designed. The people were all friendly. It's also a couple of blocks from the sand.

We saw we tried we won’t return

The first room we were assigned had a leak but we were quickly changed to another room. Staff was nice. I did not understand paying a parking fee right there at the hotel, it wasn’t a garage. Also, breakfast wasn’t bad but there were few options. On the site it lists an extra deposit if paying with cash but they also take an extra fee when you pay with a credit or debit card and idk when that will be credited back to your card outside of check with your bank nor do I know what it was for in the first place. Housekeeping comes on the third day, you may request towels at the check in desk. The coffee was great. Lemon water a nice touch. Overall we probably won’t stay here again due to the unexplainable fees and lingering mildewy odor.

This property needs bulldozed and rebuilt. Nothing redeeming on rhe interior. Not clean, unfixed water damaged ceiling and walls, doors that don't ppen, showers that don't work and maintenance doesn't want to fix. Front desk that doesn't honor time frame for new room. We had to switch rooms 3 times. Paeking was easy and location was great.
