The property is well located but the shower in one of the bedrooms was inoperative for the entire stay. Additonally the internet was too weak for a lot of our needs, but it did function. The managers did say they would fix the shower - but no one ever showed up. Previous reviewers mentioned the noise of the street, which was an issue - but we got through it.

This location was ideal … just steps away from the Ponte Veccio. The apartment was very beautiful … clean and the decor was clear and brights (lots of lights). We were greeted for the check in … quickly and promptly. We appreciated having a laundry / dryer in the kitchen. The machine was a combined washer/ dryer and (of course) written with Italian options … so we googled the translation and figured it out. A very enjoyable stay.

The construction across the street (sept2025) was a lot to deal with given the close proximity. This will be there for another few months so you need earplugs. Noise from workers and scaffolding started very very early, before daylight. We paid for 2 rooms along with a balcony (advertised with views) but the balcony was locked and not accessible, so we lost out on the square footage and idea of morning breakfast on a balcony without any compensation. When we arrived, at the time of check in, the cleaning staff was still there which made for an awkward check in experience. We were given 1 set of keys only so it was difficult to coordinate individuals staying or leaving the apartment. We asked for another set of keys and were told to go to the office (without knowing where) with no assurance that it would be possible. There was a lack of paper towels and toilet paper for a 4 night stay, so we had to purchase it. The apartment was clean and suited our needs. It would have been nice to be told ahead of time about the balcony being non accessible.

The residence is perfectly described with one exception and that is the terrace because it was not accessible. The door knob was missing so could not enjoy the balcony. Everything else was perfect!

This was a great place to stay in Florence with our daughter and son-in-law. The property was very nice, accommodated 2 couples perfectly. Amazing location! We were able to access everything we needed quickly and easily. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again in the future! 10/10

Excellent location!!

This unit is on such a charming street and right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We loved our stay with our two teenage daughters. There is some street noise at night, but we were able to drown it out with a sound machine/white noise. Adorable little breakfast cafe just one block to the left when you exit. Loved it all- would stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed this unit. Two bedrooms offfered plenty of space. Patio off one bedroom was nice way to spend evening having a drink. Location off Ponte vecchio ideal. Minor hiccup with power when using a hairdryer - no big deal. Difficulty using the dishwasher - no big deal. Nice shower amenities. Overall, it was a great stay !

This apartment was perfect! It has enough room to spread out and have privacy because there are 2 full bathrooms. The location is right at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio so you have access to both sides of the river and you can walk everywhere. The supermarket is a block and a half away, great restaurants are right near by and the owner is immediately responsive if you have questions. I come to Florence often and will stay here again,

Good location but very noisy

Location is very centrally located and lots of restaurants are close by. It is however very noisy coupled with windows that does not seal ultimately resulting in sleepless nights. Cleanliness was not as good as it should have been.

Our host was so wonderful and helpful.he was on time and friendly, explained everything and made check in easy. Took a bit to figure out the washer and dryer so a manual would be helpful but otherwise a great place to stay!

Ideal location

Wonderful location; right next to Ponte Vecchio. Walking distance to Pitti Palace, Boboli gardens; historical district right across the Arno. Tons of great restaurants and Michelin star restaurant across the street. Lots and lots of cafes in the area. Be careful though some do not list the price and you can be charged tourist prices.The apartment has two bedrooms and baths that are almost identical. Kitchen is suited for tea, cheese and wine but not really for cooking. Small frig and microwave. Elevator in building works well. Remember in Italy, the first floor is floor zero so the third floor will be four floors up. Taxi or walking to the train station both work. If walking, many of the streets are cobblestones so difficult with large bags. Also in high tourist season, walking that distance in Florence will be extremely congested.

Fantastic place to stay in Florence.

We really loved staying at this place in Florence. Location could not have been better (about 1/2 block to the Ponte Vecchio). Check in was flawless (we notified management when we landed in Florence so they met us at the Apt. We had a slight issue with the key and door lock during our stay which was rectified in about 10 minutes and we were completely satisfied. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen not easy to cook in due to small size. Beds very comfortable. Great lighting, and big windows. Nice shower with rain had and hand held. Great location! Just perfect.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful time thanks to the convenient location of this apartment. We were able to walk to restaurants, well known sites, and along the Arno River with ease. The apartment is modern and lovely. The common space is limited but the bedrooms with bathrooms are comfortably sized.
