This property owner was entirely uncommunicative with me for over a month, I sent several messages. I tried contacting them the day we were supposed to check in because I hadn’t received check in instructions. At 6:20 that evening, they sent me forms to fill out in order to get the check in instructions. Unfortunately, three hours prior to that, I had to rent a last minute hotel room because we had no where to put our luggage and were wasting a half day in Florence. It cost 3 times as much as the Vrbo. Scammers.

The place was located in an ideal area for enjoying the old city of Florence and being immersed in the culture and the tradition of the city. The place well stocked with all the necessary towels, supplies. No issues and the room was spacious and comfortable.
