Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and allowed an early checkin. We were on the 4th floor and could hear our neighbors through the walls - yes it was a family, so no harm as the kids were having fun. All in all it was a great location to everything and we enjoyed our short stay in Florence!

The hotel was being refurbished and the lift was covered with plastic as if it was being renovated. Breakfast was basic and some drinks tasted off. Very central and close to the main landmarks but not the best hotel experience.

The staff really did everything to get a room as fast as they could for me. The service was the best, the room was clean and the cleaning staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel is safe and close to the train station and everything important. Would return here in a heartbeat

Oldish room, very small bathroom, noisy from street activities. Very good location close to the train station, restaurants and Duomo and other museums. I recommand this hotel for the location, a plus since you don’t have to carry your suitcase far. Lots of restos close by so is the market for great lunches.

The hotel was very old, the room smell very bad, there were no hanger in bathroom for towels, the were very limited options for breakfast. Overall, it was my worst hotel experience amongst the 4 hotels I booked in Italy so far. The only positive point was the location which was close to train station as well as attractions

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Our window overlooked the main pedestrian street which was lovely. It was noisy at night with chatter - but there are double glazed windows so it was fine and I don’t mind this anyway. Absolutely no noise in the morning because there are no cars - wonderful! The hotel is old so traditional decor and character. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us good advice about where to eat. The hotel is centrally located and we could easily walk around to popular destinations in the day and find somewhere close by to eat at night. Would recommend

Hotel was well located near the train station and in the heart of the city historical area. Lots of activity around with nice restaurants, stores, etc. Mattresses were a bit hard, but room was good overall.
