Spacious great room includes several skylights for natural light with soaring 18-foot beamed ceilings, 65-inch OLED next Gen super sharp/fast 2025 LG Smart flat screen TV on full motion mount, and board games. Great room is spacious and comfortable for the whole family to enjoy.

The home remodel includes all new carpet, all new tile, all new kitchen appliances, new extra- large capacity washer & dryer. Every bedroom has a new 40" TV and all are connected to cable. Full internet access throughout the home and deck. The A/C unit keeps you cool on those days when Flagstaff becomes warm. The heater keeps you warm and comfortable on those chilly nights.

Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to entertain with dishes and silverware for 10 people. The large master bedroom (18’x12’) is located on one side of the great room providing maximum privacy. Master opens onto the patio with forest and golf course view. Master bedroom includes a cloud style King bed with a high-end mattress (2025) and a 40" Smart TV with full motion mount and cable. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, double sinks, and walk in closet. Shower and toilet are located in separate room for privacy.

On the other side of the great room, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, both 12’x12’. The front room has a King bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and 40" Roku Smart TV with cable. Charming bay windows provide plenty of natural light.

The bunk room contains a Queen with an XL Twin on top and twin pull out mattress (3 mattresses total) and comfortably sleeps 3 or 4 in this room which includes an en-suite bathroom with shower. The bunk room has a 40" Smart TV, opens to the patio and has full view, of forested property.

The home has limited views of Mount Eldon.

Wildlife frequent the property. Deer and Elk can be seen at various times of the year.
