Totally worked for our needs
I needed a place to stay with my high-school-aged son who was doing a week-long camp at Trilith Studios.
This property is the basement apartment in a single-family house in a residential neighborhood. The entry is around the back of the house, with parking for a single car in pinestraw.
Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, towels, etc. Everything was clean.
Be aware that there is no real kitchen or kitchen sink, so the bathroom sink is the only place to wash out water bottles, etc. Fridge and microwave are small (no real freezer). There's no washer/dryer.
But, if you don't need those things, it was a perfectly comfortable place to spend five nights. And Lynette was helpful and easy to contact.

This property was so cute and we felt very cozy in the basement. Super comfortable bed and a great shower. Very private despite being in a home where someone lives.
