• Six extra chairs are stored in the shed and are available upon request.

• Ideal for extended and monthly stays; inquire about special rates

• Driveway parking fits 1-5 cars

• Pet friendly - up to 4 pets (if more than 4, MUST submit for approval)

• No smoking, vaping, or recreational drugs

• No parties, events, or large gatherings

• No candles or open flames (inside or outside).

• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house except the basement, outside shed, storage closet upstairs, and exterior workspace in back.

• Violations may result in cancellation or extra charges per Airbnb policy.

• Any lost remote control will incur a $75 replacement fee.

• Pet Fee: $125 per animal. We are happy to host your well-behaved pets.

• Available Early Check-in/Late check-out $20/hour (subject to availability)

• Available Luggage storage for $10/hour (subject to availability)

• Available BBQ Grill $50 for the whole stay

• Refundable Security Deposit of $500
