Room layout was horrible. The hotel entrance door was 2 feet from the bed, making it uneasy to sleep. Paid for 2 rooms with Balconys and 1 did not have a balcony. The fireplace did not work in one of the rooms and shower was dirty.

Staff at front counter was not helpful. Just rude and dismissive. Train staff to be helpful and courteous. There is no room service as in description. And the charge from hotel is 50 not 27. Side panels falling off walls and metal piece on floor in front of elevator is coming up off floor.

The location is great. Walking distance to the town center where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. The facility is old. Shower and wash products are Dove. Towels are old. The restroom facility is old and hard to adjust proper shower water temperature. TV set is very hard to use as well. The room is cozy and heating is great.
