We stayed one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was excellent. The property is walking distance to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Customer service was great; I called in to let the front desk know that I will be checking in very late due to road closures getting there. The staff emphasized he will be there all night and not to worry. Maintenance can be improved. Upon arrival, the heater wasn't working well so I was sleeping in the cold. Told the front desk and was fixed by next night. The water in the sink and bathtub does not drain so well leading it to flood at times. Overall was a great experience and stay.

The staff was very rude. Especially the people at the front desk who kept rolling their eyes while talking to us. Our room was very hot and the thermostat wasn't working. We called service to come help, but they never came and ignored our request. During breakfast in addition to the expensive price, there was also a sur-charge for eggs. We also asked for a late checkout, but our request was again ignored. This experience was not isolated since we heard other guests complaining about it to the front desk, but they were yet again ALSO ignored. Overall, our stay was horrible and I do not recommend this place.

Very disappointed

Very very disappointed to say we booked to rooms and there were also another 2 rooms our friends booked. They were all filthy. We walked into our room to see some ladies used pants this was supposedly after the room was cleaned! I checked and all room heaters were not working properly. Also non of the filters were changed maybe in years( no exaggeration. Room numbers 302 325 311 306 we were 4 families celebrating 2 special birthdays. I wish I took pictures of the lobby complimentary tea coffee area. Thank you but at least wipe the area. So messy and dirty. Everything is unsanitary!!! They should check the hotel from corporate!
