I arrived hotel at 7 PM. The room was different from the hotel photos I saw; I don't know why I booked the wrong hotel. The office was already closed, and to make matters worse, the bathroom door was locked. There were no hotel staff, and I couldn't find anyone! There was no toilet either, so I run to the McDonald's in the cold night to use their restroom. Hotel Staff finally opened the toilet door after 7 AM . I didn't sleep well .The room was very old and dimly lit, the sofa and chairs were very dirty, and the stool by the door was covered in dust, clearly unused for a long time! Hotel really shouldn't have charged me for the room and should refund my room fee.

The place was very nice and cozy , the bed and sheets were super soft and comfortable, everything very clean , loved the room and it was close to everything near by , dog friendly too , I was able to bring my husky ! I would stay here again , staff was super friendly and helpful as well

The check-in process was very easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is near Big Bear Village and also close to restaurants. The room was as stated in the description. Dog-friendly and there are many places to relax outside and in the common area with your pups. Having shared kitchen access was also convenient. Would stay there again.

We stayed at Sessions for one night while attending the Oktoberfest. It was a very cute and trendy motel. The room was clean and perfect for our trip. We enjoying sitting by the fire pit at night. We will stay there again for sure.

Great service!

In big bear for the tough matter for a few buddies. We enjoyed this spot. Rooms were clean, customer service was awesome. And the common area with the pool table. Came in clutch. We’ll definitely use this location again.

I had a bad experience at Cathy's Cottages with mice in my room so I moved here. Jacky at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming and the property is well maintained and very comfortable. I also liked that they did not charge more for weekend nights like all the other hotels in Big Bear. Next time I am in town, this is definitely where I am staying. Highly recommended. A+

NO AC!!!!

No AC!!! That about sums it up. For locals who are accustomed to having No AC and aware of this fact, that may be fine. However, if you're driving from out of town and expect a nice, cool room when you check into your hotel, do not stay here! When asked about this, I was told, " Oh we don't advertise if we have AC or not, Sorry". I find that practice highly unacceptable. If I had known, I would have never booked the reservation, particularly since I have certain health issues. My husband and I literally were in the room less than 5 minutes before we had to find other accommodations. And guess what, the Hampton/Hilton down the street had AC. I would definitely not recommend stating here during the summer. The winter may be fine as apparently they have heat, but no AC!
