It’s a very nice place .spa inside the room. Quiet.the staff were good. The guy I forgot the name and the lady. They were both good and polite and very accommodating .i will definitely comeback when I go to big bear again.

This look nothing like the pictures you have posted on your website. There was only one cup for two people to drink from ,one chair for a person to sit and no microwave as they said he would have, no hangers to hang our clothes ,and it seemed like the room was still under the construction the bathroom door wouldn't even open we have to push it open or push it to close it was a terrible to stay. But the staff were nice

Great choice

This is a beautiful property with super cute cabin rooms and suites. They have a heated pool, hot tub, and basketball court. Parking is free. There's breakfast of bagels, muffins and breads in the check in building. We just stayed one night and it was perfect for us.

Booked this hotel for my parents to stay when they went to Octoberfest and they liked the room they received. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and it was spacious and newly remodeled. The only thing they would like to see improved was the “breakfast”or lack there of. They would stay here again is what they told me.

It was great! Beautifully redecorated lobby and rooms, with a mid century modern feel. Large TV and comfy bed in the economy suite plus a clean and spacious shower. Easy check in process with nice desk staff and ample parking! Very walkable to the village, many eateries nearby. Only reason for 4 overall stars was noisy guests next door, which is no fault of the lodge. other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely book here again. Pool was wonderfully heated and clean.
