Yes the Hot Tub was hot enought, nd when I had some troubles with the controls and the temperature fell too low, the staff went out of their way to drain the cold water and replace it with hot water, so I could utilize it, that day at the correct temperature. Really made my stay excellent!

Alert - Hunted Hotel Last night was extreme horrible. Around midnight the whole hotel got way too quiet and then suddenly I started hearing footsteps in the hallway, knocking sounds on the wall, and even water noises coming from the bathroom. Thanksgiving night turned into a haunted night for me . We couldn’t sleep at all. i have footage of hearing creepy noises , i recorded that night from our hotel room .

There was spider webs in living room and first bedroom along the ceiling where the light was. We kept seeing a bright flash from the smoke alarm that was very annoying. No bathroom mats so when getting out shower it was slippery and some of us even put our own towel down to walk on floor

It was amazing. Everything you need to enjoy big bear was made available . By far one of the best and price friendly place to stay. Next time will be checking out the surrounding cabins.

Good location, across from market, restaurant and short walk to brewery with live entertainment, but the room was just ok. Cups were not provided and the TV had very limited channels when it was actually working. Would have been nice to have a Roku or something to log into our own account tlog into

Great location. Clean room. Not the best pillows so if you can bring your own it’d be better. The best cluster of fall foliage right in the backyard. It was Big Bear’s slow season when I went third week of October so there was no one at the front desk but communication was conducted via texts and the staff was responsive.
