The overall experience was ok. We went on a weekend trip to the snow and found this hotel to be a great option for its proximity to the center of town. While the room was spacious and clean, the significant noise coming from all the walls that sat adjacent to our room was insane. We could hear everything happening above us, and we mean everything! Our neighbors to right and left of the room were also an earshot away and it was so uncomfortable! If you are looking for a quiet place to lay your head after going snowboarding or a night on the town, this place is not it. What it has in aesthetic fails in privacy. I hope that they can see this review and try to find ways to reduce the noise from their rooms—there are plenty of options now! The staff were friendly and no issues, so that was a positive.

Heating was more than enough. A little loud at times. Beds were comfortable. Great location to walk to restaurants. Internal swimming pool is interesting but needs updating. The hot tub was NOT hot.

This was a terrible experience for my family, and I. We had next-door neighbors, being super loud, partying, cussing, and fighting out loud. My children were scared and nervous. I reported to the front desk, and nothing was done. I believe police were called and nothing was done the partying, cussing, and loud noise was throughout the whole night in which my family was unable to sleep to the staff. Please do your job, and they have not even called me back yet.

Modern Hotel at Moderate Prices

Solid location in walking distance to the village and quick drive to the slopes. Beds are comfortable and the family suite is spacious so as not to feel crowded as a family of five. We loved the modern camp decor/vibe, plus the house cats - Sierra and Blue! It was great to have the kitchenette, but we couldn't get the hot plate to work and it was missing some relatively key things, like dish towels or paper towels (strange when you have a sink and countertops.) An easy add to elevate the in-room amenities even further would be to put toasters in every room!

I loved the stylish, renovated room and that the hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants. My family enjoyed swimming in the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi during winter. Free parking is good as well. Overall a great stay and won’t mind booking here again!

I booked this hotel during one of my snowboard trips up the mountain and was looking forward to the hot tub feature in the hotel. The pool area is not desirable and needs an update. The hot tub, not hot at all. Upon asking the front desk if they can make it hotter we were responded by a very mono tone no. The family room we stayed in was very cute though and they have 2 hotel cats that greeted us when we were leaving. Other than this service was sub par, it would have been better off if they didn't offer the hot tub at all as an option. It was so disappointing.
