I really like this hotel and enjoy staying here however, this time around there were a couple of issues. Firstly, the Wi-Fi. I was in room 267, which must be a decent walk away from a router, hub or booster, because the signal was dreadful. I'm a MB member, but the free Wi-Fi was poor. Secondly, the inconsistency with the food between Monday & Tuesday nights. I chose the 3-course meal on these nights, with the same choices each night, ending with the cheese selection. On Monday night, 3 cheeses arrived on a nice board, with a small card telling me the details, provenance and location of each cheese. The crackers (6 of) were nice, artisanal-looking and I really enjoyed the dish. On Tuesday, I was served only 2 cheeses, on a small plate and only 3 crackers, one of which was from a pack of Jacobs 'Cheddars'!! A real disappointment. It was clearly a different chef on each night, but it appears that some training is needed to detail the standard of food that gets sent out in order to maintain consistency.

Everything was good, lovely clean welcoming hotel. All staff at Breakfast grill were lovely and helpful and explained everything well. On thing that would need improvement was on arrival we checked in and were just told to turn right to our room. Could have been a bit better explanation and where to go for breakfast in the morning and times. Also checking out times. Otherwise a great stay.

The hotel is in a very quiet location with loads of parking space. The room I had was large enough with nice decor. Swimming pool has jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, and also a large gym is available. The Breakfast is amazing
