We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are really small and attracts a lot of insects by the lights outside the room and in the balcony. Other than these two issues, the property has a lot of amenities, really nice pool, and ton of restaurants. Although, we were looking forward to dining at the Indian restaurant, which was closed for both the days, but the chef was able prepare something at the buffet.

The hotels beautiful.. on checking in was not told basic stuff like where toilets are where to go or what time breakfast is also needs more entertainment and the food wasn't all that it was nice enough but not authentic and most stuff on menu was unavailable... sea food night never had most the menu drinks were sweet not enough alcohol.. I asked for an iron on day 1 through calling front desk day 2 cleaner asked me if I needed it but still never got it stayed 2 nights I would stay again just sort the food part.. beach staff was fantastic

I really enjoyed my stay overall! The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The property is also beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely consider coming back, especially if some of the things below were improved. A few things did take away from what could have been a 5-star experience. The ice machines on my floor and the 7th floor were both out of order, so the only option was to request ice through room service, which took quite a while. None of the ATMs on the property were working either, which was extremely inconvenient. My room also looked somewhat different from what was advertised, and I didn’t love that I couldn’t personally adjust the AC. I also would have appreciated having a microwave in the room. As far as the all-inclusive experience, I was a little disappointed. It seems that if you aren’t a Diamond member or paying for the Diamond package, some of the options are more limited. The alcohol selection also wasn’t quite what I expected from an all-inclusive resort, as I assumed there would be more premium options available. The food was another area that could use some improvement. The upgraded dining options I was looking forward to were often unavailable. Lobster was advertised as an additional option, but it was never available during my stay. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of my favorites, and I also really enjoyed Hunter Steakhouse. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciated h
