The property itself is modern and clean. The beach is very small and disappointing. The "privileged" beach next door is a slight improvement. Marthas Market has a great buffet with good selection of different foods. Some staff we met at the resort were nice and some not so friendly. Some staff seem really bothered to be performing their job duties. Some had major attitude. Many staff seem miserable. The gift shop is super overpriced. Staff there stand around in a group and were very unwelcoming. The music by the pool is very oppressive and often blasts all day. If you are looking for a quiet resort this may not be for you. Overall it was an ok stay for us.

This was our third trip to OCS in 3 years, but our first as a couple (w/out the family). So many team members remembered us from prior stays, welcomed us warmly, and rolled out the red carpet for us. 1) Our room was gorgeous, cozy as always, and conveniently designed, with a great view of the resort, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The complimentary Blackwell Rum with cinnamon sticks and bottle of wine were a fantastic touch, along with the well-stocked minibar. They were so appreciated. 2) The staff and service were superb for the most part. Extra special kudos to: Sherri-Ann (Check-In) and Angie (Check-Out); Remando (Bell-Hop); Anodia (Housekeeping); Stefani, Simon and Team Martha's Market; Akim (Thali Indian Restaurant); Jeldean (Chef), Alicia (Hostess), Kimberly, Shellian (Waiters), and the gentleman who diligently kept the floors immaculate at breakfast each morning at Red Snapper Restaurant and finally Shanardo Weston and Petria from Guest Services who so kindly gifted us a room upgrade for our next stay 😊 3) The food was good. Sakura was fun and high energy, but Thali was beautiful, pleasantly tasty and the service by Akim (and her birthday singers) was exceptional - now my favourite specialty restaurant there. 4) Sadly the Lazy River was partially out of commission, and I wasn't a big fan of the beach, but the pool, bowling alley and Wed night beach party were 👌👌. These are all the reasons why we'll keep making it OCS for our vactions.

Ocean Coral Spring is truly a hidden gem and I hope it stays that way. My family of 5 visited for about 7 days and we had a blast. The resort layout is just perfect for families seeking a peaceful, relaxing, and safe getaway in absolute paradise. We were able to arrange the perfect room accommodation: one room with two sets of double beds connected to a second room with a King size bed for a grandparent. The hotel staff were truly exceptional and top class, constantly reminding you that you are on vacation and not to worry about a thing! Our driver Raymond provided full service roundtrip transportation to the airport. He also arranged a flexibly scheduled excursion off site from the resort, allowing pit stops along the way. The outside of the property was beautiful with the beach on one end and the lush jungle on the other. The beach was well maintained. The main pool was very nice and the male bartenders were awesome…Nicholas, Ronaldo, and Miguel. Most FEMALE bartenders, hosts, servers, store workers, etc were rude and very unfriendly…very unacceptable to be treated that way when you pay a lot to be there. However, we had several great female servers at the privilege pool bar. However, privilege is not worth the extra money. The rooms were average and not what I would expect for a 5 star resort. The adults had bracelet tags for our rooms which was convenient when they worked. The first few days were spent walking back and forth to the lobby to have them reset. We have 16 years olds and they were only given key cards, not bracelets, for the rooms which was inconvenient and they emphasized there was a $150 fee if bracelets fell off or key cards were lost!! The dining options were great but service was VERY slow and servers often rude. Left one restaurant because we hadn’t received our main course after an hour and 20 mins 🇯🇲.The hibachi grill was a great experience and our server and cooks there took great care of us. The entertainment staff were fun and engaging. Overall, resort was a display of the beauty if the island but the area around resort is rough and drug dealers try to entice you to their chanties to buy drugs! The resort was just average and lacks CS experience one would expect!

We absolutely love staying here not only the staff was super friendly. It was extremely clean and there were so many dinner options to pick out of so many things for the kids to do. My son was fully entertained. The rooms were updated nicely.
