Make sure you know the difference between an "ocean view" room --you can only see ocean if you hang out over the balcony. "Ocean Front" is an actual view of the ocean.
Spend the extra money and get a "Privilege" room if you are staying here. The staff, food, and drinks are very good in this restaurant and it is very quiet and relaxing.
Our issues -- safe didn't work despite being "fixed," No fresh towels after they cleaned our room, No hot water one night, No Cold water one morning. These are small issues but became frustrating particularly when the "privilege" desk numbers given were often not answered.
The pool is large, loud music, and very busy. Need to get up early to "reserve" a chair otherwise I don't think you will get one. The beach is very rocky. We watched multiple people fall, trip on rocks, not aware of the drop off etc..
We have not stayed in Jamaica for many years and thus unsure if this resort is somewhat standard. We were guests for only three nights which was the perfect amount of time here.
