Billing error

My reservation was booked for two instead of one so I was charged double. Upon arrival they could not fix the error till the next day because reservations was closed for the day. The next day I had to arrive to the front desk 5 times as they were trying to fix the issue and refund me. I was told a different thing every time. No staff was rotated constantly and no one communicated with each other so I had to repeat the problem every single time, making it frustrating as well as taking away from vacation time. The reservation department could not provide the corrected paperwork after being told several times they would. I had to force the poor guy that was at the front desk to provide me with the documentation I needed to show me the correct amount.

The room and view was amazing!! All of the staff were super nice and attentive. Lots of food options. The beach was great as well!

The property was nice. The hospitality was awful from the time I walked in til the time I left. If you didn't have their special privilege side or didn’t pay for room service you are out of luck. Not a big variety of food. All alcoholic beverages were watered down. We don’t drink at all and tried 4 drinks a night and got full instead of drunk. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Never again…… Our 1st experience in Jamaica and the worst trip ever. She was just like you. I p

The resort and staff were amazing. I had a swim out and liked the option of the privacy while swimming. The food options were delicious with many options. The shower area in bathroom was small.

I had a great time and some of the staff are amazing, especially the pool bar and pool servers. However my room wasnt replenished with my water and drinks. I also feel that some of the restaurants dont fit the world we live in. We need smash burgers, maybe a full seafood spot.

Excellent facility The staff were cordial and respectful I love the treatment I received There was something to do all day some activity to engage with. The pool was fantastic but the beach was too rocky and have weeds The dinner on the family side of the property was not good the service in the eating area was poor But Ocean Eden Bay was excellent I will go back every time I am on vacation

Property and amenities are beautiful. Staff overall very helpful and courteous. Ian in concierge was very helpful! Property is quite large but walkable or the staff can shuttle you next door or to the beach area if required. Best to walk to enjoy and see and meet people. Spa hydrotherapy was amazing. Food services depends on taste and preference but lots to choose from. Private gift shops and craft market outside at adjacent hotels- support the local artisans. Membership club was highly encouraged at check in, if not interested then don’t start the process. Takes time and patience including a tour etc. Guest services could be more helpful with lost items tracking and direction to guest in this regard. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I loved this property. It was beautiful. The safe was awesome. If you like to drink I recommend you get the privilege package. I highly recommend doing snorkeling on the beach. We did all of the water sports on the property and they were worth it. Pools were clean. Try the omelette and crepe bar.

The service needs improvement. Our room was given away and though they promised to upgrade our room it never actually happened. People checking in at the same time had the same thing happen to them.

We really enjoyed this hotel but beware there are staff that will try to upsell you a vacay package (think timeshare). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay

I went because a coworker recommended and it was adults only. When I went it seemed like senior citizens. The pool closed at 5. Sunday they had bingo at 8pm the family side was more fun. No constant reggae playing. Our pool wasn’t hopping like the other side. I wanted adults only. Not seniors. Will not go again
