Would recommend this property if you are looking for peace and tranquility. This is not a party resort. Clean entertainment. Staff was courteous. My oceanfront room exceeded my expectations. I would rate the food 7.8 out of 10. If you are looking for strong drinks, you have to ask the bartender to make your cocktail with top shelf liquor. Otherwise, you’ll be drinking pre-made house cocktails. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for peace.

We enjoyed everything but went this past week and there was a hurricane on the way so we weren’t able to enjoy it to the fullest!

Ocean Eden Bay was a beautiful resort. The pool area was my favorite area. The view from my room to the pool and down to the ocean was stunning. The staff was great as well. Very welcoming and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was there were so many extra costs for things like resort activities. Bowling and virtual reality both cost extra money since it was on an all inclusive property I didn’t understand that. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

It was great! We had an amazing time! If we could give it a 6th star we would. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to Tropical Storm/ Hurricane Melissa.

Was disappointed with gym -- no elliptical and small for resort this size. Other than that - resort was awesome, staff was wonderful.

My family and I stayed at Ocean Eden Bay in four Privilege Oceanfront Suites. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The property appears quite worn for being only four years old and is in need of noticeable maintenance. Many staff members seemed inattentive and lacked basic listening skills, which made communication frustrating. For two days, my nephews and their mother repeatedly asked our butler and guest services for bedding for the pull-out sofa. One of my nephews ended up sleeping covered only with bathrobes. When bedding was finally delivered, staff did not make up the bed—my nephew had to do it himself. Additionally, there was a hygiene issue: one evening, my father found hair in his meal at the Italian restaurant. Due to the horrible service, I will not visit this resort again.

There was hair in my husband's food at the Italian restaurant, Laconcha (spelling of restaurant maybe incorrect) and they didnt do anything to console the situation. I Took a picture of it and 5 other guest with me saw him pull out the long hair and lent attached to it from his mouth. No follow thru from customer service. When they sent the email to me to review the property there was no link available. Also, our room door was opened when we returned from dinner with no follow up from their secuirty. Our Bed was ver uncomfortable it was hard as a rock. My adult grandsons had their own room and had no sheets are blankets for the pull-out couch. The bulter told him for 2 nights they were coming with the cover and it took two days for them to bring the cover for the bed. Imagine sleeping on a bed with no covers, he used the robes to keep warm. I was appalled at this. We Will never viist again.

The staff is amazing. From beginning to end they were very helpful. The amenities within the property were great as well. The only area I saw that needed improvement was cleanliness of the room. The property itself and the beach was relaxing and definitely a great stay. Would definitely return.
