The beaches and pools were lovely. The food was above average for an all inclusive. We loved the lobster house and spice hibachi, which needed a reservation. The staff were extremely friendly. Absolutely loved the Excellence Oyster Bay, The food at the resort was amazing, and the property was beautiful. Joining the Excellence Club was worth every dollar. I loved every single day here!

My husband and I loved Excellence at Oyster Bay. The steakhouse was our favorite restaurant. There was plenty of lingers at the beach and pool. We had a great experience during our short stay. The Seasons transportation company was amazing as well.

The property was amazing, great entertainment, staff was friendly, I felt safe, the only problem I had was no housekeeper came to my room the entire stay. Day one I saw a housekeeper de asked if I needed service and o declined because it was my first day but after that no one can.

I had a lovely time. As a Jamaican i wish the food could’ve tasted more authentic. The restaurants were a hit or a miss. The hibachi was the best food I had at the entire restaurant. I really appreciated the all inclusivity. There was so much to do on the resort it was impossible for my partner and I to do everything on such a short trip but we are eager to come back and wish we didn’t have to leave.

Property was beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were great. Sean at the pool bar was an amazing bar tender, very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is the ac in our room wasn't great and neither were the pillows

The beach was my favorite part relaxing with the ocean breeze. All the ice machines were always out, the ice machine on my floor didn’t work the entire week I was there. Jamaican jerk chicken was good but the lobster house was the best meal on the resort.

Excellence Oyster Bay exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our oceanfront suite was spacious, clean, and luxurious, with beautiful views and a private balcony. The dining options were all fantastic, from fresh seafood to 24-hour room service, everything was delicious and well-prepared. The resort itself is peaceful and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing by the pool or beach. Highly recommend for couples looking for a romantic, all-inclusive getaway with top-notch service.
