Hospitality was just top notch. Service with a smile. Friendly faces and accomodating "can do" attitudes. The ameneties like the pools, restaurants, beach, and activities were just what we needed. Things that we felt were required to be clean just were. Thats the way it should be.

Wasted Anniversary Trip! Every aspect of our trip dealing with Excellence Oyster Bay fell well short of Excellent. Travel booked through the resort was delayed 30 minutes. Check-in despite booking the excellence package took more time than necessary. Our main issue was with the Resorts quality of food and alcoholic beverages. Despite getting upgraded dinning options and alcohol we felt that the food and drinks were well below expectations. Portions are small and the food is not what is expedited of a 5 star resort. Alcoholic drinks are all made with low quality liquor and mixers, I’ve had better drinks at chilli’s. It’s a real shame since they offer so much fresh juice around the resort, why cheap out and not put it in your alcoholic beverages? Our room had load music playing every night from 8-12 preventing sleep. When we complained we were told nothing would be done. The roof terrace pool rooms looked directly into our balcony, really taking away from our privacy. On more than 2 occasions we had hotel staff barge into our room unannounced, both times my wife and I were not clothed. On multiple occasions we called down to concierge to make request only to be hung up on or for the phone to ring off the hook. Positive note is that the local staff are kind and try their best. House keeping was excellent. Requested to speak to manger but was never given the time of day. Overall I’d say we wasted our anniversary trip and walk away dissatisfied and unfulfilled.

This is an amazing hotel. Nicest room with great amenities. The food was fantastic. The service was wonderful. The bartenders near the pool, Joseph, Micheal, and Javance went above and beyond. Always greeted us with a smile. It boasts the best gym I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Very relaxing by the beach. And the top deck near the pool was very tranquil. Would definitely recommend.

The resort was beautiful! Staff was great! Food was good. Portion sizes were small but no problem. Room floor was a little dirty, and the couch cover was stained (noticed it first thing but didn't report it) they would have fixed it if we asked. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Excellence club upgrade was worth it. Had a great time, and didn't want to leave.

Vwry nice beach and not overcrowded. Would be nice if there was buffet options for lunch and dinner. Menues on the app only is annoying. Houskeeping only cleaned our room once in five days. Had to request towels daily. We would go back .

The resort is very nice well kept. The beach is absolutely amazing and inviting with plenty of room for everyone. I loved that the resort was not crowded or noisy. The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing! The staff were pleasant with a wonderful attitude and very positive. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The entertainment was little lacking but not bad. It is more of a layed back resort which we didn't mind at all because we enjoy the peace and quiet. The food was good. I would definitely recommend the resort.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for an all inclusive that has all the amenities, friendly staff, great food, and clean surroundings. They had a jerk chicken stand everyday which was awesome. They had a great amount of Jamaican food options along with Asian, Italian, and American food to choose from. There was no mediocrity when it came to food. It was awesome and every Tuesday is Jamaican night. Food was delicious and entertainment superb. I will definitely be coming here again soon. I have been to Secrets, Breathless, and Riu but Excellence Oyster Bay stood by its name. It was excellent indeed. Thank you to all the staff who made our 10 year anniversary an enjoyable one.
