The best part about this property is the beach and then leaving... im not sure where people have stayed in the past but to give this resort anything above a 3 star is a lie. The service is terrible, dinner at the resturants is an actual joke with no system put in place , 2 hour waits and then bad food ..at the asian spot my friend had a wooden skewer deep fried into her shrimp LOL literally ate room service 3 out of the 5 nights there.. pool needs a revamp, almost every chair has a stain on it, tables all wobbly missing screws, i dont think anyone cleans the glass door or windows ever. sports bar is beyond weird, went in to order food , was ignored for 15 mins, then came over to get drink order , another 10 mins go by while the "bartender" was doing tricks and dancing across the bar, then we asked to order food and was told the kitchen closed 5 mins ago ha ha ha anyways back to the service, its like no one wanted to work at all. beach service youd get one drink and then not see anyone for 2-3 hours? dinner service terrible from hostess to waitress .... i was relieved to be going home by day 5... now a
