During my stay we endured Hurricane Melissa. Due to the circumstances I was unable to enjoy majority of the amenities offered. I appreciate the staff for making sure everyone was safe during this time and also putting our safety before their own families. Would love to go back during a different season to get the full experience.

Staff was a amazing during my stay. Hurricane Melissa hit and the staff didnt miss a beat. They kept us fed and entertained in such a tragedy for the country. I have nothing but praises for the Riu Palace AQUARELLE in Jamaica what an amazing job they did for the people during the Hurricane and aftermath, enough cant be said I applaud them and recommend this Riu AQUARELLE once everything is back up amd running
