About this property

A Cozy Sunrise Glamping Escape with Panoramic View

Wake up to sweeping sunrise views over Mt. Palomar and the rolling farmlands of Fallbrook at Sunrise Vista, a peaceful off-grid glamping escape perched on the eastern edge of Splitrock Valley. Designed for those seeking quiet, connection, and breathtaking scenery, this serene retreat invites you to unplug and unwind in nature.

Set on a 101-acre private sanctuary, guests can explore miles of hiking and biking trails — including the on-site Splitrock 5K — or simply relax and take in the expansive vistas stretching all the way to the Pacific Ocean and Big Bear. Just 3 miles away, the Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve, voted #1 trail in San Diego County, offers tranquil riverside hiking through one of Southern California’s last free-flowing rivers, home to golden beavers, steelhead trout, and lush riparian forests.

Your spacious, tastefully furnished glamping tent includes:

Queen Bed with soft linens and plush pillows

Cozy Loveseat with blanket, pillow & footrest for relaxing in comfort

Rustic Coffee Station with French press (bring your favorite grounds)

Two Bedside Tables with drawer storage

Clothes Rack with Hangers for convenience

Full-Length Mirror and Shelf with Fresh Towels

Please note the property operates fully off-grid using solar power and battery storage. A solar-powered system provides ambient light; we recommend bringing portable chargers for any electronics. Guests may also charge their electronics in the communal area. Each of our glamping units have their own private firepits.

Outdoor Living

Step outside your tent to find:

Private Bistro Set — ideal for morning coffee or sunset views

Personal Firepit Area with two chairs and a side table for evening relaxation

Camp Shop (open weekends) with essentials like firewood, snacks, and bug spray

Embrace Nature

As this is an outdoor glamping experience, you may occasionally encounter insects or wildlife despite our regular cleaning and preventative measures.
