This hotel was terrible. We had no hot water to shower in the morning. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My parents had a walk-in shower that flooded the entire bathroom and my dad spent so much time trying to clean up the mess quickly that he didn’t even have time to take his own shower. My brother and his entire family reserved two rooms that they did not have when they got there and they spent an hour trying to change the rooms around to make sure that my whole entire family could fit. They ended up charging them for three rooms with a king size bed instead of the two rooms with two queen size beds and they ended up having to pay extra because the reservations that they made were ignored. They reserved two rooms each with two queen size beds, but when they got there, none of them were available and all the people standing in line waiting we’re getting upset because they had to wait for so long since there was only one person staffed there. The breakfast was horrible. They kept running out of food and the gentleman that was preparing. It had an attitude. He didn’t keep everything full. The gravy look like you could bounce it off the floor. There was no fruit. The baskets were empty. All the food was gone, and everybody was sitting around, waiting for the food but after waiting 15 minutes, we just had too lave. The entire experience was terrible

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Some of the charging outlets were not in great shape. Breakfast was sparse and not well stocked on Sunday morning. Heater kept running way past set temperature so room got very hot. No vending machines. No sugar free drink options other than water in hotel store selection.

This isn’t even a Marriott, they don’t change the sheets for your entire state. They do not give you towels, they make you sleep for two weeks in the same sheets with the same towels they do not clean the rooms for your entire stay this place is the worst room I’ve ever gotten the address doesn’t match the phone number doesn’t match and this falls under a days in not Marriott. .

The breakfast has many options for all kinds of typical breakfast food choices. The food is fresh and replaced frequently. The Breakfast room has abundant seating and kept very clean. The hotel is located very close to the major freeway. The area offers many food options, gasoline stations, quick stop markets and family fun. The area is safe and easily walkable.

The room was not clean, and the bed by the window had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom ventilation was poor, making it very stuffy when showering. Unfortunately, we also encountered strange guests staying above us. They were awake the entire night, constantly walking around, dragging chairs, and slamming furniture. We reported the issue twice, but they would only stop briefly and then start again. The noise continued intermittently until after 6 a.m. We barely slept the whole night. Overall, this stay was very unpleasant.
