Have stayed multiple times but this was last straw

Once again , stayed here Thurs - Saturday and they have blowers and lawn mowers all morning long outside your condo from 845 - 1130. Came for peace and quiet. Asked for slightly later check out after spending money not only on residence, but at spa and on site restaurant. They declined. Considering they told me that they had lot of availability that weekend, they could afford at least one hour later check out. These simple things make people feel valued when small accomodations can be met.

This was a phenomenal place to stay. All the staff was very friendly and attentive and getting around the property was very easy. There were beautiful grounds in the golf course looked amazing.

This was an amazing stay for my birthday weekend and for the first time visiting Napa Valley. The property was clean and so was our room. It was big and clean and I loved having a full kitchen and living room area separate from the bedroom. Will definitely stay again when in the Napa.

Our room was tired but clean. Wall hung tv was crooked as well as mirror. Bathroom privacy was low with a porous sliding door. The room needs an upgrade to match the cost.

Awesome Stay

We had an amazing staybat the resort. The customer service was off the chain. Very polite employee and clean room. If you are looking for a quiet, and peaceful stay, Silverado Resort is the place. We will definitely be back soon.

Nice resort. If you are into golfing or tennis it is perfect. Rooms are fully equipped, roomy and private. Didn't find the parking arrangements convenient. Not a fan of parking behind or in front of unknown people. The restaurant could be better. Not bad for a quick bite

Excellent hotel

The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 star instead of a 5 was I had problems with the water pressure and temperature. Otherwise this hotel was excellent and i still highly reccomend it and would stay again.

Silverado Resort is beautiful. The staff is very friendly, and the suites are spacious with beautiful views. However, I recommend requesting a second-floor room, as I could hear the guests above me walking around both day and night.
