The front desk was excellent. We needed a late check in and they went over and above to make things super easy for us. The rooms were nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel is lovely and so are the rooms. All the staff were so helpful, but the standout member of staff was Becky who was delightful and extremely helpful. She really made our experience outstanding.

Amazing hotel- you will not be disappointed
Hotel was very clean and accommodating. We were a little early and called to check if our room was ready early and it was. Not only was it ready, they gave us a complimentary upgrade. Little did they know we had just gotten engaged so it was an amazing surprise! The room was spotless and comfortable. They had a wine hour where you were able to sample 3 different wines and they had mini charcuterie samples too. They also provide free room service breakfast that was served on a try. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and would 100% stay again and recommend it to anyone I know visiting the Napa area.

Our room was right off the lobby so a little odd but surprisingly quiet after hours. There was a strange noise which I think came from either the air conditioner or the refrigerator. Just an odd swooshing noise like I was scuba diving. The room itself was very nice and there was a deep tub for a nice soak. The bed was super comfy. Very nice made to order breakfast in the morning brought to our room. We’d stay here again.
