Unfortunately our toilet was broken, but they moved us to another room. The evening woman was rude to my husband when he told her our room door was ajar asking if the toilet had been repaired.

*Not a Karen, this place sucks
Water had mold in pools and hot tub, ants formed a trail into our room from the closet onto the bathroom sink. We checked out before spending the night. The manager gave us 15% off and said there was food in the room. Our food was put into the trash not on the bathroom sink. I figured for 300$ a night I’d get something decent. Do not recommend.
