Front desk person when checking in was pretty good. Was at this location for one night. Front desk called the room early in the morning saying they had heard I was staying another night, very strange. Allowed homeless individuals to stay in common areas outside on the property.

This property really has some nice extra features that we enjoyed. The breakfast was really good and the rooms were comfortable. The only problems that we encountered was first with checking in. There was only one staff member who was doing his best, but there was a long line and multiple people kept calling the front desk. He would’ve done well with a secondemployee working the desk with him. In addition, our room was very warm and never cooled down to the temperature we set on the thermostat. The exercise room also had issues with being too warm even though the air was on. The extra touches for comfort were appreciated despite the above issues.
