The walls near kitch area need a goo wipe down, as did the side of the vanity next to the toilet. I woke up with a couple of bug bites, not sure what they were. It had snowed and the parking lot was dangerous. Inly a single path. Was plowed. No salt/sand put down.

The staff working front desk and getting the rooms ready were all friendly, and accommodating! This was my second stay, longer this time, and it is my current favorite and Fair Oaks area. Love having the fridge and cooking options in the kitchenette. Thank you for having me!

not pleased with hotel or service

the hotel had 5 rooms closed off with pad locks on them and a window broken. the Hotel room was not clean. the shampoo dispenser was covered in old shampoo which was hard. There was no continental breakfast. I paid way too much for this room. When I looked at hotels .com it had the price for 82.00 a night. that is what this hotel is worth. I booked this hotel for its proximity. I was not pleased. I did not get any of the discounts and I felt that there was fraudulent price gauging involved. I would like some one to text me to rectify this matter.
