The property is having renovation work happening . It was extremely hard to sleep in with all the banging etc . We were not notified of this and given no discount . Allot of the hotel was baracaded off.
We went for a meal in the first restraunt as u walk in . Waited 12 minutes for them to finally finish off their 5 staff members gossiping . Then seated and again had to wait for our drink order . There was no one else waiting to be served !! Our meals were great and the older gentleman in all black who served them was amazing . But then we waited and waited for another drink order and ended up giving up because no one wanted to serve us . Very very disappointed in the staff and the hotel :(
I often stay in Hilton hotels around the world and this one is very unsavoury to all the rest .

Fantastic hotel, marred only by COVID 19. The hotel did everything they could to make things right and were amazing to us. Will definitely return when things get back to normal.

"The property was very nice and clean overall, very quiet and safe. The people that work there are very friendly and kind! The only thing that they can improve on is the patio outside where the BBQ are at is pretty dirty. Like the bbq are very dusty. Lot of dirt around the BBQ! They should keep that ..."
