No Running Water

Bathroom smelled freshly cleaned with bleach but black mold is visible on handicapped handle bars and sinks, and shower/conditioner mounting bracket at closer inspection plus there was only one roll of toilet paper for a 2 day stay. Pillows had hair on them, one of the mattresses had a crater sized hole/dip in the middle, both mattresses were as hard as the floor, couch and sofa chair had liquid stains on them, window wouldn't shut, closet doors broken, dresser drawers didn't shut properly, and tv remote malfunctioned as well. Microwave door was stuck intermittently, and walls had liquid stains/visible dirt and chipped paint throughout our hotel room and the entire hotel. Only one elevator, which was noticeably delayed when you pushed the button and for some reason would stop coming to your floor mid motion which was slightly unsettling. Lastly, we woke up to NO WATER this morning and desk staff said it was only in our room and they checked with other rooms-but they went next door and the guest there said they also didn't have water. So for almost FOUR HOURS we had no running water and couldn't use the toilet as it did not flush. No curtesy call from reception desk alerting us to this issue, and instead were lied to by hotel staff because we eventually found out that there was NO RUNNING WATER IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL. Disappointed and Disgusted because this hotel was seriously overpriced and gave a motel 6 vibe and ultimately not as advertised.

Very nice stay

Check in was fast, easy and very friendly. Very clean, modern decor. Room was large, comfortable and very clean (same wirh bathroom). Very nice bed. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items.
