I felt like the rooms were not clean very well. The pullout couch had a tour mattress with stains on it. The garbage outside was overflowing for two days. The breakfast was not good at all. It was all frozen food warmed up in the microwave not the staff was wonderful. They just needed a better job of cleaning and keeping it clean.

I enjoyed my stay. I am not sure if the bathroom was cleaned prior to my stay, as there was an open and used bar of soap already in the shower. I stayed in a room on the ground floor, apparently by the elevator, so it wasn't the quietest with all the traffic going through. Ultimately, I was satisfied with my visit and would probably stay there again.

Front desk staff A+ . Very nice and professional in action and appearance . But ... Rooms didn't seem as clean as I'm use to at other hotels ...I felt like everything was halfway done ... Even the paint job felt half done. The floor in my room was dirty but the beds seemed clean The suit furniture didn't really make sense how it was set up and the bathroom door didn't lock which was really annoying. We had a suit so the bedroom had a door which was see though sooooo privacy was zero. Breakfast: one toaster and one waffle maker, so it was a long wait to use either of those things. Eggs were flavorless and hash browns hard as rocks. However they did have bagels that seemed fresh plus cereal. Over all this is a 3 because it's not the worst but could be a lot better.... Also get a pool

Staff were really nice. The bathroom door was awful. You couldnt lock the door, it was glass so no noise proofing, and when youre trying to sleep and someone needs to use the bathroom, the whole room lights up since its transparent. Hated that aspect. The beds are supposed to be queens but they seem like doubles. But the beds were comfortable.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when we arrived at 3:20, our room still wasn’t ready. We returned 30 minutes later and were given the wrong room—a double queen instead of the single king we booked. When we brought it up to the front desk, the manager falsely claimed there were no king rooms in the building, then handed me his personal phone to speak with the general manager. Only after that did we finally get the correct room. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on long enough to cool the room properly, and there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. On top of that, the manager was unprofessional toward the front desk staff right in front of guests. Overall, not an enjoyable stay and wouldn’t recommend.

It was very quiet compared to other Erie hotels in the area. The parking lot was mostly empty when I left in the morning which I took notice of. Not sure why there wasn't more people staying there. I didn't have any issues at all

So, don’t get me wrong the facility was nice. However, the ONLY reason I booked was for the jacuzzi suite. And lo and behold we couldn’t even use the tub. I went to the front desk, the poor girl ( she was a sweetheart) didn’t know what to do. She was willing to give us a refund and all but I was so tired and sick from this weather I told my husband I didn’t wanna move to another hotel. I was just saddened I paid what I did and couldn’t reap the benefits of what I paid for.

Beds were comfortable and room was fairly clean. Continental breakfast was fine. However, the commode seat was very loose and the latch on the sliding door to the bathroom was broken. There was also a terrible smell (almost like urine) in the room. The front desk clerk offered some air freshener, but that did nothing to help. She did offer to find another room on another floor, but we had friends in 2 other rooms nearby and didnt want to move. I slept with my face covered and woke up with a very irritated throat. There was also a strong bleach smell in the hallway.
