Everyone was very courteous. The room had a bed which is what we wanted. What it did not have was soap and shampoo. This was our first experience of no soap or shampoo in a hotel room. It seems like it is such a minimal expense that could have been added to our bill that would have made our experience there so much better!!!

Room was clean. Staff was ok. They said coffee was available 24 hrs a day in lobby but no coffee untill 4am. I get up at 3am had to go to sheets for coffee. It snowed on my stay a d they never plowed or salted the parking lot. I asked them twice about it and they never did anything.

Some traffic noise from outside but wasn’t too bad. Carpet in room seemed slightly dingy and an unfolded , possibly used bed covering was found in closet. Sink drained slow but shower drain was fine. Friendly staff , nice hot breakfast , overall great for the price. Would do again .
