Great view of lake from Oliver’s rooftop. Friendly staff. Exiting parking lot it was not intuitive how to process ticket in order to not be charged (had already paid as part of stay). However, called front desk and they kindly reversed the 2nd charge which was twice as much as hotel rate.

Hotel with planned power outage and no one cared

Going ok until they told of us soon after checking in of a planned power outage. We were assured the back-up generator would keep power and AC going in room. It didn't. Staff seemed annoyed rather than helpful, telling me I could take a shower in the dark with a flashlight. What?! The room was humid and became uncomfortable. It shortened what we had hoped would be a better trip. Won't be back!

First time staying at this location and I have to say it was perfect. Our check-in with Anthony was fun and went smoothly. The rooms were clean and we took advantage of the pool and the rooftop bar area which was excellent. I highly recommend them for a stay. It’s convenient to several area restaurants and night clubs.

Nice hotel, comfortable, friendly staff, great outdoor entertainment and amenities. Just a little deceiving hotel is not directly on the bay and the room with a view is a side view of boats docked!
