Although we had a slightly annoying tech issue with the key card not working an hour before checkout, the person at the front desk kept trying to make it right before personally unlocking the room for us so that we could finish checking out. Based on the cleanliness and the extremely helpful and friendly people working there, I'd gladly stay again!

It was a pleasant, comfortable stay. The only issues we had were a problem with the deadbolt on the door, which they took care of and the telephone and charging ports looked like they never get cleaned. Overall though, we were quite satisfied.

The place was good. If you want a safe place to lay your head at night, this is perfect. Beds were comfy. The only downside was the bathrooms were in need of repair and they had hair and stains on the floors. It's not bad though.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel because of its location. We wanted to be close to the mall and other stores to do some Christmas shopping. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the size of the refrigerator. We could only get a couple of bottles of water inside of it. Our leftovers from our dinner would not fit in it. Breakfast the next morning was very nice. The area is well laid out so there wasn't a traffic jam where everyone was waiting to use the toaster or waffle iron. There was a very nice variety of foods. I especially liked the oatmeal where there were various toppings to choose from. Overall, a very nice stay.
