This was the first time staying at this hotel. It was being cleaned daily & you could smell the cleanliness. The A/C worked well & it was cold. The pool was clear & clean as well. The lobby was gorgeous & well maintained & the hallways to the rooms were being painted, but you could never tell bc there was no mess of some remodeling being done. Staff interaction was great & helpful, when needed. There was no trouble & it was quiet. The price was decent & would definitely stay there again.

The good: no bed bugs (in our room), quiet functioning ac, staff were there. The bad: yellowed bed sheets and towels, “continental breakfast” was mostly just snacks, coffee was awful, pool/hot tub were empty, fitness room closed. TLDR: fine for a night stay on a road trip.

The room was good and my wife liked the hard mattress. Only 20+ channels available, I ended up watching soccer. Parking lot a minefield of potholes. Available breakfast was cereal and hard boiled eggs. NO BEDBUGS!!!

We will never stay here again even if it was free. Filthy room and motel compared to others in the Erie area. Dirty bed cover, and chairs that I had to put a towel down to sit on. Floor and hallway needed cleaned. Very dated.

The hotel is very dark inside hallways and rooms We only spend 5 plus mins looking at the room I would not stay in or bring any of my belongings into the hotel I was offered to look at 2 nd floor rooms .... But this did not seem like a safe place to stay...The front desk person was nice. I was polite and not rude and thank him for his time. But I can not stay there

Ice machine worked but no scoop. Pool was fine. No cable TV, only streaming and the internet was very slow. Breakfast was awful- nothing hot just snacks from Sam’s Club and hard boiled eggs. Very smoky. Would not stay here again.

The cleaning crew was very helpful. They limit supplies like towels, pillows , but they will give you more upon request. I’d prefer to have enough rather than asking. They were able to accommodate a late check out which we really appreciated. Area for improvement: I think they should remove the lobby picture online because the rooms and hotel overall don’t add up to the pictures. The rooms don’t look like the pictures. It was reasonably priced, it was quiet and they were nice.
