Was updated, clean, service was great. Noisy area...sirens and trains all night long. Our room was next to the area of stairs and elevator so add that noise plus the door slamming all night. The welcome snacks were a nice surprise. Outside courtyard was also nice. None of the issues are a fault of the employees or building itself....its just one of those things. Based on cleanliness and hospitality i would definitely recommend however not if your looking for a quiet area.

Comfortable room! Questionable location.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children after a long day at Waldameer and Waterworld. We checked in around 9pm on a Saturday and ordered Domino's (which arrived fast). This motel was clean and comfortable. No complaints about the room (we had the 3 queen bed suite). The neighborhood seemed very shady, so I'm glad that we only stayed one night. The front desk staff were marvelous!!!

Good value, great service, outside noise at night

Check in and customer service was great - very fast and friendly. Stayed in the Premium Suite --size was nice (king bed in one room, queen bed in another room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen). Cleanliness was ok, we noticed floors were a bit dirty after kids socks got a bit grey after walking around and we saw some crumbs under the bed covers, but other than that it was fine and we got towel refreshes daily. Biggest downside is the outside noise at night from the occasional emergency vehicle and cars with loud motors, or other guests coming in and out -- the doors didn't seem very sound proof. Overall, it was good value and we had a pleasant stay.
