For 155.00 a night, I expected more. Found out there's a soccer tournament here this weekend, hence the price gouging 🙄. Breakfast was cold cereal, breads and bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs. They had waffle makers, but no batter. No syrup. No eggs,bacon or sausage. Hot water was empty so was one coffee dispenser. Had to ask for additional pillows and no toiletries were provided. Pool was nice, however, they allow non guests to swim in it and never question them. We witnessed 4 people come into the pool that weren't guests bring glass beer bottles (guests weren't allowed ) while the rest of us were paying for the privelage. Older lady at the desk says this happens all the time and they dont say anything to them. That's wrong. Will only stay here again if I have no choice.

The room was ok. The bed was very comfortable but the sleeper sofa was awful! We requested extra sheets and pillows when booking but none of that was in room. The room phone did not work, which I did not like. I was there alone with my 3 kids and for safety reasons would have liked that to work. The bathrooms were so small. The pool was very nice along with the workout room! The restaurant next door was very good.

Filtered expectations

The pictures of the property showed the best of the property. But lacked the reality of some of the areas. The elevator was very rough and made lots of noise. The bathroom was completed outdated compared to the rest of the room. Some of the walls had damage and the continental breakfast offered poor quality items.

Brought our dog. Was told the $35 fee was for the entire stay. Hotel charged another $35 for the 2nd day. We had to cut our stay from 4 to 2 nights. Still waiting for 3rd party to refund the other two nights.
