Good value needs good cleaning/updating

Overall this facility is a very good value. The room seems dated needing at least a detailed cleaning. The shower curtain appeared to have not been cleaned or replaced as it smelled moldy and we had no soap either bar or liquid. I actually brought the empty liquid soap dispenser down to the front desk and the lady said “Oh thanks “ with no follow up. The bed sheets were haggling off almost to the floor on one the beds while the pillows were obviously past their usefulness not to mention the bathroom towels that were worn out.

Danny was extremely helpful. The shower needed to be replaced in room 333, cracks and overall coming apart. The shower head only had one setting.

The only thing I did not like was the broken ice machine on the first floor. Had to go up to the 3rd floor for ice. NOTE: This ice machine was out of order when I stayed the last time a month ago. Please, spend a few bucks and get it fixed.

Elevator was broken so only one available for the entire building so inconvenient also woke up in the morning and headed to eat breakfast and literally nothing was available not even coffee and people was scavenged any remaining of food very poor coordination.

No bar soap for sink - only body wash in shower. Toliet ran off and on all day/night. Thermostat hard to control (defective?) TV required a maintenance call (we had no signal) but maintenance informed us that unfortunately we only had a handful of channels (not the full direct tv lineup). Not sure if this was the same problem for ALL the rooms.

For the price, it was good. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. Half of the T.V. stations could not be viewed, and why CNN, MSNBC, and no Fox or NewsMax. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, not bad.
