Custom built home in quiet neighborhood with refreshing expansive view of the Mississippi river. Balcony on second floor and all bedrooms overlook the river. Kitchen has everything you need to cook anything. All rooms are fully stocked with extra sheets, blankets, towels, rags, pillows and wifi TV and desks. House has gig speed wifi and cable TV. Largest laundry machines on the market, real Bidet toilets. Game room in basement. Big yard front and rear with fire pit in back by river. Best bass fishing in the river out back, there's a little of everything in there, even wallaye. Two car garage. Everything is top quality. Three season porch, back deck, patio and lawn chairs. 7 stage filtration, mineral drinking water tap and Merv 16 Hepa air filter system.

This property has great potential. Cleaning supplies were left out in multiple locations. Trash was full inside and outside. Upstairs shower needed an anti slip mat, nearly fell a few times. Ant poison on kitchen counters.
