The front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless in all ways and the bed was very comfortable. We received our wake-up call at the scheduled time and our bagged breakfast was waiting for us. Our shuttle was late and the front desk did their best to get another driver who did eventually come. I recommend this hotel when you have an early flight.

The hotel is older but the staff works very hard to keep it looking its best. The beds were comfy and the room was clean (the two most important things for us). We also enjoyed the breakfast.

My stay at the Quality Inn Edmonton was fine, though fairly basic. The highlight of the experience was definitely the airport shuttle service; both the pickup and drop-off were perfectly on time, which took the stress out of my travel. The breakfast, however, was very simple and didn't offer many options. If you're looking for a fancy spread, you might be disappointed, but it's enough to get you started. Overall, it’s an okay choice if you just need a place to sleep near the airport, but don't expect many frills.
