Location is amazing, the staff is welcoming. Considering how loud it was in the streets the hotel does an amazing time at keeping rooms quiet. I was disappointed to have my room not properly cleaned during my 8 day staying. Staff only changed towels and removed garbage but never changed bedding or cleaned toilet or carpet. Also anyone can walk into the rooms so I had a random couple knocking and trying to open my room door. Other than that it was a good stay.

Check in staff were lovely! The room was great, spa facilities were great - we’d stay again. The fire alarm went off for a short period in the middle of the night; when we asked about this on check out little explanation and no apology was given, just that it was ‘out of their control.’ Very disruptive given there was no fire/cause to evacuate.
