Was terrible, old limited toilet roll and only like 2 rolls for the duration of stay. Was never informed of 4 flights of stairs so not child or baby friendly in the slights. Had stains food marks on duvet and all over the sofa and kitchen . Nespresso machine there without Nespresso coffee. Limited soap and shampoo provided usually this should be always ulenough but unfortunately not. No iron board , no detergent for cleaning clothes. All in all very poor and check in process was diabolical link was not correct information was not correct had to wait over an hour for someone to come for key , absolutely terrible
